Alvin Thompson

Alvin Jackson Thompson, 30, beloved father, Son, and brother, was called to his eternal resting place on December 25, 2024. He entered this world on September 26, 1994 in Okmulgee, OK, born to Alvin Herring and Rose Mary Thompson.

Alvin also known as AJ, was a loving, caring, father, brother, and friend. He always wanted to hang out and show you some of the things he was proud of or talk about dreams and plams od doing bigger and better things. No matter how rough life got or how bad he felt, AJ never stopped giving God praise and Maddison Lee for giving him the will and desire to keep fighting and that alone is inspiring to his family. HIs proudest posession was his babies. People often wondered how he was able to get the things he had or do some of the things hes done, AJ took chances most people wouldnt. He didnt shy away from asking or asking how he could get what he wanted. He had a strong desire to beat the odds that were inevitably stacked against him at such a young age. AJ needed a liver at a young age, at the age of Eighteen he finally got a donor, a little girl named Maddison Lee had passed away and gave AJ life again with a new liver, Thus AJ named his first daughter after her. He gave her the same name to pay respect and tribute to the one who gave him the oppertunity to be a father, and open new doors and see life through new lenses. AJ loved fishing, spending time with family and friends,and attending music festivals with his friends and family. AJ didnt always know how to express it, but if you were blessed enough to know him on that level, the evidence was clear. he always tried to creat and capture moment through taking pictures or videos of family and friends. AJ was loved dearly by many and he loved them dearly. He will be missed. Rest in ppeasce Alvin Jackson Thompson (Toast)

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his two daughters, Maddison Thompson and Lily Thompson his Dog, Rocket, fiance, Genevieve Anglinn his father, Alvin Herring, two sisters, Braelynn Herring, and Natalie Herring, three brothers, Calvin Parker, Orville Long, and Daniel Bustos, one Aunt, Alvina Malone (Big Sissy) also surviving are three cousins, Victoria, Andrea, Johnathan and many friends.

AJ was preceded in death by the most loving grandmother he could ever had Bessie Herring, his Uncle Jack, and one brother, Bryce McGirt.
