From his earliest years in Newkirk, Billy embodied the values of compassion and selflessness, qualities that would define him throughout his life. Billy's life was full of loving family connections, joyful moments, and a devotion to those he cherished. Time spent with his mother, Cleo, was especially dear to him, and he cherished those opportunities to connect, reminisce, and simply be together.

His role as a father and brother was central to his life, and he approached each relationship with patience and empathy, always offering a supportive ear and heartfelt advice.
