Jerald (Jerry) Bolia

Jerald “Jerry” Bolia, 64, beloved Husband, Dad, Grandpa, and Brother, was called to his eternal resting place on December 7, 2023. He entered this world on August 13, 1959, in Mobile, Alabama, born to Jerald L. Bolia Sr. and Judith K McCammon Bolia.

A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 18, 2023, in the Rise Up Church with Pastor Clayton Pappan officiating. Viewing will be held Sunday, December 17, 2023, at Miller Stahl Funeral Home from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Jerry grew up in Lyons, Kansas and graduated from Lyons High School in 1976. In 1978 he joined the United States Marine Corps to serve his country. He met the love of his life, Teresa Breeden and they were married on February 13, 1987, and made their home in Newkirk, OK. Jerry worked numerous jobs such as Rodeo Packing plant in Arkansas City, IGA, and Houser’s Hardware in Newkirk, OK, and Glass Trucking starting his employment with Glass in August of 2001 until the present. Jerry enjoyed watching game shows on the television, playing Texas Holdem, going to the bakery and Senior citizens center visiting. Jerry was also an avid Kansas City Chiefs.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife Teresa Bolia of the home, Three daughters; Charity Killman of Sante Fe, TX, Lori and husband Frankie Valentin of Ponca City, and Lacie Bolia of the home, One son; Randall McKinnis of Wichita, KS, Eleven grandchildren; Leila Killman, Robert Killman, Kristopher Killman, Bryan Killman Jr, Bailee Schneeberger, MaCaila Schneeberger, Jacie Schneeberger, Joe Valentin, Kylee McKinnis, Randall McKinnis, and Levi McKinnis, his father, Jerald and wife Liz Bolia of Leavenworth, KS, one brother, Skip Bolia of Hutchinson, KS and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jerry was preceded in death by his mother, Judith McKinnis, stepfather, Darold McKinnis, brothers; Larry Bolia, Robert Bolia and one sister, Teresa Monosmith.
