Steven Don Compala Left our world on August 3rd, 2025 to be with our creator. He was 49 years old. He was surrounded by family and love when he ended his battle with cancer. Steven is a lifelong resident of Newkirk, Oklahoma.
He will be missed by his dad Tom Compala, mother Kayron Elam, sister Melissa Rowe, Brother Bo Elam and nephew Logan Rowe and numerous family and friends
On his journey he will be met by grandfather and grandmother James and Lucille Bearskin, Grandfather and grandmother Joel and Gladys Compala, Uncle Sam Bearskin and Cousin Torran Compala.
He attended Kildare Baptist church and leaves behind a loving family and his fur Baby Smokie Roscoe Blue. Stevens’ Hobbies include working with leather to create Knife sheathes as well as making Paracord Bracelets. He enjoyed fishing with his brother and family game nights. He also enjoyed watching and attending sporting events such as wrestling, baseball, football, and of course Oklahoma City Thunder, He was an avid Oklahoma University Fan, but his Family slowly converted him to the Right school, Oklahoma state University.
He loved his family Fiercely and was extremely protective of his sister, Brother and nephew.

Graveside services will be held At 10 A.M. Wednesday, August 6th, 2025 At the Newkirk City Cemetery. With Pastor John Webster of Kildare Baptist Church Officiating.
